Course Overview

Housekeeping NC II is a competency-based training program that prepares learners with the knowledge, skills, and right work attitudes to perform cleaning and maintenance services in accommodation establishments such as hotels, resorts, hospitals, and cruise ships. The course also covers guest room servicing, laundry services, public area cleaning, and valet services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• At least High School graduate or College Graduate
• Copy of NSO Certificate/ Marriage Certificate, if married
• Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records or Form 137
• Photo ID 4 pieces each of 1x1, 2x2, and passport-sized with white background, collared shirt and name tag
• With good moral character
• Can communicate in both oral and written
