Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- At least High School graduate or College Graduate
- Copy of NSO Certificate/ Marriage Certificate, if married
- Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records or Form 137
- Photo ID 4 pieces each of 1x1, 2x2, and passport-sized with white background, collared shirt and name tag
- With good moral character
- Can communicate in both oral and written
