Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • At least High School graduate or College Graduate
  • Copy of NSO Certificate/ Marriage Certificate, if married
  • Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records or Form 137
  • Photo ID 4 pieces each of 1x1, 2x2, and passport-sized with white background, collared shirt and name tag
  • With good moral character
  • Can communicate in both oral and written
